If you want to be sure that you're selecting the correct choice, here's a list of all the countries. Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, (Netherlands), Norway, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia, United Kingdom. (All the European countries) International: USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Israël, Singapore, Malyasia, Suriname, South Africa. (All the countries located outside the Europe) :: When will the products be shipped? :: The products will usually be sent a day after we've received the payment to the supplied address. (Work days only) With exceptions of holidays. (Local holidays may cause mail services to be closed on working days. In that case the items will be sent as soon as the holiday has ended.) :: How long will it take before I'll receive the products? (work days only) :: The Netherlands: 1 to 3 days - Europe: 1 to 2 weeks - Outside Europe: 1 to 2 weeks. International shipping times can vary depending on your mail service. :: How come the product I received looks a bit different from the pictures on the website? :: A lot of our products are hand-made which may be the cause of small differences from the pictures you've seen on our website. Because they are hand-made, each product has its own unique look. :: Are the products safe for children? :: We highly recommend not to give our products to young children due to choking hazard.
